Terms of Agreement and Model Release

By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that Ignite Imagery shall provide the requested photography services to you to the best of their abilities based upon your selected mini-portrait session. Every effort will be made to assure your satisfaction in accordance with accepted industry standards. All images and copyrights are the exclusive property of Ignite Imagery. Ignite Imagery reserves the right to use, copy, display, and/or publish any or all of the images taken during any portrait session for the portfolio and may be used for any of the following, but not limited to website, blog, internal and external marketing or advertising, promotional materials, educational and product demonstrations, and image competitions. By entering into this agreement, you warrant that you have the authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in any photographic images that may be taken during your portrait session. By typing your full name below, you agree that you have carefully read and understand the terms and conditions as stated above.
