Session Retainer *

A non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking to reserve the session date. The retainer may be paid in person or by credit card. If the retainer is not paid, the date will be not be held. The retainer fee is non-refundable. In the case there is a need to re-schedule, the retainer will be applied to the new date.

Rescheduling, Cancellations and Reshoots *

A 7 day notice is required for rescheduling a session. The session retainer will be held and applied to the new session date. Client will be given the choice of the first available dates for rescheduling. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, sickness, or emergency. If photographer requires a session to be rescheduled there will be no additional charge to the client. If client cancels without notice (no call, no show) client will be subject to a $400 cancellation fee that will be due within 24 hours of the scheduled session time. In the case of an emergency, the client will not be charged the cancelation fee and photographer will work with client to reschedule at the earliest available date. In the unlikely event that client is dissatisfied with the images from their session, a re-shoot may be scheduled at a 30% discount. Images may only be purchased from this reshoot. In the unlikely event that image from the session are unusable due to technical issues, photographer may schedule a reshoot at no additional charge to the client. Photographer will ensure that the images received will match the quality represented on the photographer's website and social media.

Limit of Liability *

Photographer will ensure the utmost care of the images. In the unlikely event that images are lost, stolen, or damaged. The photographer will offer a refund of the session fee or offer a reshoot at no charge to the client.

Copyright and Print Rights *

Photographer maintains the copyright ownership of all images from the client's session. Client will receive printing rights for any digital images purchased. If client is found to have stolen any images not purchased, they will be invoiced for the images at the current single image rate.

Image Delivery and Product *

Photographer will select and retouch the best images created during the session. Photographer reserves the right to only deliver the images they choose. Images will be viewed with the photographer during the reveal session. Client will be prepared to purchase images and product during this agreed upon session time. Client will be responsible for full payment of product prior to the product being delivered to client. Payment plans are available for product. All product will be printed through the professional print lab of the photographer's choosing. Product will take 6-10 weeks to be delivered. If there is an issue with the product when it is delivered from the printer, client is responsible for reporting the issue to the photographer. Photographer will work with the printer to resolve the issue. Client agrees to a minimum product purchase of $400.

Payments *

Photographer will issue an invoice through PayPal to the client. Payment plans are available and will be agree upon between the client and the photographer. Client is responsible for entire payment of product prior to delivery.

Privacy and Model Release *

We respect the privacy of our clients and will not use images publicly without a model release. Photographic images are the primary mode of marketing our business, it is important that we are able to use the images taken with Ignite Imagery for their marketing purposes. We use discretion when posting the images as we value your privacy. We would like to use the images taken for our marketing, with your permission. The images are used for marketing materials, website, blog, social media, etc. Please indicate which level of privacy you feel comfortable with.
